Bienvenue au festival Livres d’Ailleurs où vous aurez la chance d’écouter et de lire les récits d’auteurs venus d’ailleurs, partager leur imaginaire et découvrir leurs langues.

Une diversité de cultures, de sensibilités, des tables rondes de grande qualité où les histoires se croisent, se répondent, tissent notre trame commune, bref parlent de nous tous.

Une belle occasion de profiter de lectures de textes multilingues, de poésie déclamée, d’instants théâtre ou musique, selon les éditions.

Nos auteurs invités interviennent également dans les établissements scolaires et universitaires, dans les maisons d’arrêt, les médiathèques et auprès des associations de quartier.

Porté par les bénévoles de l’association DIWAN en Lorraine, le festival Livres d’Ailleurs œuvre à faire vivre la bibliodiversité et à promouvoir l’esprit Ubuntu : « faire humanité ensemble ». 

Welcome to the Livres d’Ailleurs festival, where you are invited to listen to and read the tales of authors from distant shores, to share in their imagined worlds and to discover the languages that give them voice.
Here unfolds a rich diversity of cultures and sensibilities, of finely wrought round-table conversations in which stories meet and answer one another, weaving the shared thread that binds us all—speaking, in the end, of ourselves.
It is a rare opportunity to savour multilingual readings, poetry spoken aloud, and fleeting moments of theatre or music, according to the spirit of each edition.
Our invited authors also venture into schools and universities, into prisons, media libraries and the heart of neighbourhood associations.
Carried by the quiet dedication of the volunteers of the DIWAN association in Lorraine, the Livres d’Ailleurs festival strives to keep bibliodiversity alive and to uphold the spirit of Ubuntu: “making humanity together”.

مرحبًا بكم في مهرجان « كُتُب من أماكن أُخرى » في نانسي، الحدث الأدبي الدولي متعدّد اللغات، الذي تتناوب فيه دور النشر سنوياً بين أفريقيا وآسيا.
في كل عام، يُدعى الجمهور إلى التفاعل مع نحو ثلاثين مؤلفًا ورسامًا، والتعرّف إلى عوالم تخييلية جديدة توسِّعُ آفاقَهُ الأدبية وتُثريها.
يشارك الكتّاب الضيوف في أنشطة ولقاءات داخل المؤسسات التعليمية والمدارس والجامعات، وفي السجون، والمكتبات العامة، ومع جمعيات الأحياء، وكذلك، على مدى الأيام الثلاثة للمهرجان، في مبنى بلدية نانسي.
أما « ديوان اللورين » فهو جمعية تطوعية تعمل على نشر روح « أوبونتو » الأفريقية- أي « أن نصنع إنسانيتنا معًا »، وتعمل بالتعاون مع مهرجان « كُتُب من أماكن أُخرى » على إحياء التنوّع الأدبي وتعزيز تعدّدية النشر والثقافات.
